Rules for using PickSMS

Acceptable use

• Use PickSMS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the policies of the target services you verify.
• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or circumvent platform security using purchased numbers.
• Do not share your account credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts and billing

• You must provide accurate contact information and keep it updated.
• Charges are deducted from your wallet at the time of purchase; see our Pricing Details.
• Wallet credits are not transferable between users without our consent.

Service availability

• Number availability depends on carrier inventory and third-party provider status.
• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

Liability

• PickSMS is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
• You are responsible for backups of any OTPs or data you need to retain.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected transaction.
